have published a new step-by-step guide on how to give yourself an abdominal massage and it's a lot easier than you may think. First, you start by the right side of your stomach down by the bone of your pelvis, where you lightly rub in a circular motion upwards until you reach your rib bones.
You then move straight across to the left side, where you work your way down to the left to the hip bone and back up to the belly button for two to three minutes. Here, you once again rub your finger tips in a circular motion but this time, you can press a little deeper. Spend about a minute moving from the right hip bone to the right ribs then another minute gently doing the same across the middle before going down to the left bone by your pelvis to the belly button, where you'll rub for yet another minute.
Once you've taken all these steps, you should then repeat it all for ten minutes, remembering to always rub in a clockwise motion. An abdominal massage is perfectly safe for most when done gently unless you have specific health issues in the area, in which case you should always check with a health professional. You should also drink plenty of water after you've given yourself one!
