Amanda Holden and Phillip Schofield's feud explained and how he 'ghosted' her

The infamous feud between Amanda Holden and Phillip Schofield reportedly began when she got axed from This Morning, citing him as the reason.

The BGT judge believed that Phil was the real reason she missed out on the role, which went to Rochelle Humes instead. Issued raised to ITV It is believed that Amanda raised the issue with ITV chief Kevin Lygo, following reports that Phil branded her "difficult to manage". ITV issued a statement at the time which read: "Presenter line-ups on This Morning change regularly. Final decisions are made by producers, not presenters.

He questioned: "In a kind of Katy Perry/ Taylor Swift moment, will there maybe be a burger and fries moment for you guys?"Since then, Amanda has appeared to have made a number of digs at Phil, including the 2022 Queuegate scandal which saw Phil and Holly criticised for seeming to jump the queue at the Queen's lying in state - although they insisted they had media passes to join a different line.
