Almost 30,000 invalid UK coronavirus tests had to be redone

Tens of thousands of Britons had to be retested for coronavirus after the government sent their swabs to the US.

Someone might want to double check Alok Sharma’s. Do we know what he actually does have as he really didn’t look well at all. But at least he can go straight back to work.

That’s because you can’t do it yourself. The test needs to be carried out by a health professional. It’s far to invasive for people to carry out successfully themselves! Ridiculous and scandalous! A waste of money time and effort plus the pain!

Not sure why it was necessary to send these swabs to the US when capacity in the NHS Pathology labs is under utilised and that results from US labs have no connectivity to patients records, hence why results are lost. Governments obsession with privatisation is failing us all.

Will these be counted in the daily tests as 30,000 more tests? Oh, sorry, I forgot; we're no longer reporting how many tests have been carried out.

Yeah but I bet Matt counted them as tests twice.
