Victoria’s former deputy chief health officer reveals his discomfort at media scrutiny and why he’s hopeful about the pandemic’s future

, there was a lot to learn. It felt very much like preparing for an exam. In the morning, I’d receive a briefing on the current facts and figures, the issues that journalists had raised and those that were anticipated to be raised, and I’d have an hour or so to remember as much as I could before answering questions at the press conference.

Wrong. The shittiest part (the majority as well) of humanity needs somebody to blame, for anything happens to them. There are also a lot of evolved human being who consider themselves as responsible for their own life.

Is it? Or is it an old conditioning that believes in a myth of lack of some idea of perfection as failure instead of an integral consequence of living the complexity of life?

He doesn't wants his country to be blamed. It is true that it's all China's fault. China was hiding this pandemic for a long time. Their government silenced the doctor who tried to alert the world Brazil gave alert about Mad cow disease and India gave alert about Nipah virus

UK’s dependence on Chinese imports is ‘threat to national security’🚢The full extent of Britain’s reliance on trade with China is laid bare in a new report which claims that 28,000 firms import items for which the UK is almost “entirely dependent” on Chinese companies I try to buy European made products over those made in China, but its so incredibly difficult or impossible with certain items. It would be nice to see Europe as a whole develop and support its own industries. Better to start sooner rather than later. If only there was some way we could increase our clout with the Chinese… say by banding together in some sort of “union” with our neighbours? tweet4852
