February 02, 2023 - 16:59 GMT Natalie Salmon Alexa Chung attended a reception hosted by King Charles III and The Queen Consort to celebrate British East and South-East Asian communities.

At the event which was held at Buckingham Palace on February 1, Alexa was joined by her brother Dominic, who serves as Global Head of Music for Soho House. RELATED: Alexa Chung's latest Miu Miu look proves that her trademark style is still unmatchedThe fashion icon who is of Chinese descent on her father’s side, flew the flag for Asian designers opting to wear a dress from eponymous designer Huishan Zhang.

The London based luxury brand was launched in 2012. The Chinese-born, London-based designer, has famously mapped out his signature style, finding inspiration and direction through his national identity. “Creating a luxurious brand where Eastern heritage meets Western influencers, his collections create a romantic, sophisticated and ageless philosophy with feminine details, strong lines and directional design,” the band explains on its website.
