Alex Murdaugh, 53, was taken into custody Thursday morning as he left rehab in Orlando, Florida where he received treatment for a 20-year opioid addiction. He faces two felony counts of obtaining property by false pretenses over the misappropriation of settlement funds in the death of Gloria Satterfield, 57. No details on an extradition hearing have been given, but Murdaugh's lawyer says his client expects to be back in South Carolina for a bond hearing Friday.
