Fans have already started combing through all the new content coming to Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.0 w…

Additionally, only the teammate in your squad who exfils with the weapon gets to unlock it, forcing the rest of the squad to play the mode all over again.

The only other way to unlock the weapon is by purchasing a bundle from the in-game store with the game's premium currency. Activision is therefore creating an incentive for players to try out the new game mode, though a more cynical commentator could describe it as psychological manipulation. This is a first for the series. Previously, all new weapons could be unlocked for free through challenges within multiplayer or Warzone.

Xbox boss wants Call of Duty to follow Minecraft model on PlayStationXbox boss Phil Spencer has, once again, gone on the record to clarify Call of Duty's future on PlayStation should Microsoft's proposed acquisition of Activision Blizzard be approved. Damn this topic gets on my nerves. It would be perfect if the deal goes through this year 'But what does he mean by that? That sounds like a clear and consistent answer but actually if I twist his words around enough I can pretend it's not.'

Warzone 2's weird new map-shaped battle pass, explainedCall of Duty is trying something new, weird, and a little confusing with Warzone 2's battle pass. It seems they r trying to allow us to pick our own way to level it up and I will be completely fine with it if it's exactly like that if I can get the cool shiy before the wack ass shit best bet I will do it and so many others probably. ... is just a map Its IW way of making the game more grinding than ever before. I expect that some of the challenges in certain zones will be very difficult to obtain and those completionists will be spending alot more time just trying to get 100% of everything. I'd never pay for this.
