PROPERTY expert Phil Spencer has spoken out on poor DIY tasks. The TV property pro said the look of DIY finishes are 'absolutely crucial' as they can prevent homes from selling.

Phil continued: “As a potential purchaser, walking around the house and you see poor joinery or wires sticking out or whatever it may be.“When you can see it on the surface it immediately asks questions and it sparks concern and doubt in people’s minds.”
