A Place in the Sun star rushed to hospital after researching symptoms

Former A Place in the Sun presenter Scarlette Douglas had to go to A&E because she felt something strange in her arm and leg. Scarlette, who is 37 years old and known for showing people houses on Channel 4, got worried after she looked up what might be wrong with her on the internet.

Scarlette has been telling her fans about how she's getting her eggs frozen. She said on Instagram: "I'm hosting an awards show today which means that in my break I'll be running to the toilet here and glamorously doing one of my injections. I have noticed over the last few days I've been getting like a slight numbing tingling sensation in my left arm and a little bit in my left leg.""It feels like a dead arm, dead leg, you know when you sleep on something funny.

The TV star added: "Now I did only have a scan on Tuesday and that showed that actually everything was fine. So I'm sure it's nothing to worry about but if you have been through this process and if you have noticed that as well let me know." The I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! star's fans were quick to offer their support. One said: "Hope you are ok. Let us know." Another added: "Hope everything is ok.

Scarlette pointed out that getting closer to her late 30s led her to think about strategies to increase her chances of starting a family later. She also mentioned how some people didn't express agreement with her decision to freeze her eggs. Scarlette recently posted a video on Instagram, saying: "I learnt so much about my eggs and the process of vitrification at the @barbadosivf. I really wish this was something taught to me when I was younger or at least spoken about in more depth.
