A dead dog was found stuffed in a pillowcase with a load of household rubbish as animal welfare experts say there has been a big jump in the number of pets being abandoned.

“I'm keen to find out who owned her, how she died and why she ended up being abandoned in such a cruel and undignified manner.”

Sometimes it is a way of letting go and especially because of the cost of RSPCA I don't blame them for doing it alteast some thought was gone in to it otherwise why would they have taken the time to put him in a pillowcase? Shows the owner cared don't judge a book by its cover!
if your dog dies and you ring your council they will collect the body and dispose of it the dog might of died natrualy and the owner was to lazy or not capable of burying them
Disgusting! These poor babies are so vulnerable in the wrong hands.
