name was inspired by the dance move he became synonymous with. "I was an MC, but people also just had names for themselves. I went through a few different names then I came to Slider because it rhymes with a lot of stuff. At the same time, I got into dancing. I was addicted to sliding and because I was always doing it, people always assumed this was the reason why people called me ‘Slider’ but it wasn’t. I just choose the name.
