A reward of £20,000 is being offered to catch the killers of a man described as a "very kind soul" who was stabbed to death three years ago. Kevin Lomas’ body was discovered in his bedroom at his flat in Birmingham on April 2, 2021.
Footage shows him leaving the multi-occupancy property on Stratford Road, Hall Green, before returning minutes later. Independent charity Crimestoppers is offering up to £20,000 for vital information about Kevin’s killers. “Kevin is described by his family as ‘someone who would give you a helping hand’ if it was needed. Our charity would like to help Kevin’s heartbroken family see justice.The motive for Kevin’s murder remains a mystery with his family desperate for answers. His devastated family described Kevin as a "very kind soul", adding: "Considering you were quite shy when you were young, you embodied everything in life that was bright.
"Tragically this was taken from him. Our poor brother. Three years have passed and it’s been a struggle losing you in such terrible circumstances.”
