Sabana Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust is set to hold the requisitioned extraordinary general meeting on or before 25 May.
In a regulatory filing on 15 April, the manager of Sabana Reit said to be discussed during the EGM are proposed resolutions listed in a notice posted on 26 March. The requisitioners want these to be tabled at the annual general meeting on 23 April, or the EGM to be held right after the said event at the same venue.
