A rat fell from the ceiling in Bukit Panjang Hawker Center and Market on Jan 30 at around 5am. A video shows the rat dragging its broken hind legs across the floor. The incident reminded a witness of a similar incident in November last year.
The hawker center is scheduled to be closed for cleaning on Feb 26 and 27.
