The Mapletree Logistics Trust has announced plans to acquire three Grade A warehouses in Malaysia and Vietnam. The acquisitions will increase MLT's exposure in Malaysia and Vietnam and deepen its network connectivity in these growth markets.

MLT expects the Malaysia property to yield an initial net property income of 5.7% and the other assets in Vietnam around 7.5%.
