Waseem Abbas recently shared his two cents on Bilal Abbas’s performance in the drama serial ‘Ishq Murshid’ and strongly advised him to refrain from “overdoing” the role.
During the candid conversation with the host, Waseem appreciated Bilal's on-screen chemistry with his co-star but felt that it sometimes got overshadowed by the overacting in other parts of his performance and suggested toning down the intensity of his acting.
“I can’t get that a decent-looking man who looks educated gave a room to a stranger guy, and his young daughter goes to the rooftop and indulges in romantic conversations with that guy for long hours. It is quite an impossible and unacceptable thing in this society.” The only point he makes is that the audience is drawn to the show mainly because of the chemistry between the actors, without any other compelling reasons.The veteran star concluded it by saying that Bilal should be thankful that ‘Tera Mera Hai Pyar Amar’ took the drama to another level because it was the song that made the drama hit, and the strength of drama is their romantic chemistry.
