LAHORE – Punjab government on Monday has decided to seal eight more areas of Lahore in order to contain the spread of coronavirus.
The commissioner office told that 3,613 covid-19 cases have been reported in these localities. Section 144 has also been imposed to force the residents to follow standard operating procedures . So far, 1403 cases have been surfaced in DHA, 736 in Gulberg, 659 in Model Town, 188 in Faisal Town, 238 in Garden Town, 212 in Gulshan Ravi and 170 in Walled City.
According to the latest figures by the National Command and Operation Center , 4,471 persons have been tested positive for COVID-19 in 24 hours.
