ISLAMABAD – Police have registered a case against lawyer Sher Afzal Khan Marwat on charges of assaulting PML-N Senator Afnanullah Khan in a TV programme.Marwat hit the PML-N senator who pushed him back.
The anchor tried to pacify the two guests but in vain.Meanwhile, Marwat claimed that he would apply for pre-arrest bail in court and that he had requested police to register an FIR against the senator at the Margalla police station under Sections 25D of the Telegraph Act and PPC 506.
