The accused is directed to appear before the director to respond to the allegations levelled against him.
Earlier, Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid leaders Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain and Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi flayed inaction against people who showed disrespect to a mosque. They said those responsible for this dancing in the mosque should be immediately arrested and prosecuted. Chaudhry brothers termed the dancing video of“The dancing taking place in mosques is a blatant violation of Shariah and the persons involved in it should be given real and ideal punishment so that no one would dare to commit such an ugly act in future,” Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain and Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi said.
“Sadly, those who violated the sanctity of Wazir Khan Mosque are still free,” Chaudhrys said in a statement in Lahore.
