DAVAO CITY – Mindanao Development Authority Chairman Secretary Leo Tereso A. Magno advised more than 2,000 University of Southern Mindanao graduates to use their education to bring positive change to Mindanao.
He said that Mindanao, the country’s primary agricultural hub, depends on the innovations and progress the new generation will introduce to the essential sector. He added that their learnings will be vital in addressing the challenges and opportunities in agriculture and beyond.
