Province, Ifugao, Benguet, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, and Pangasinan due to the trough of the LPA.
Meanwhile, Metro Manila, Zambales, Bataan, Cavite, Batangas, Palawan, and Mindoro Provinces will experience monsoon rains.
