The Quezon City Police District identified the suspect as Julius Labriaga Macaranas, 28, of Sampaloc, Manila
Members of the Galas Station , who were conducting anti-criminality patrol along Luzon Avenue in Barangay San Isidro, immediately went to Bustamante St. when they heard two individuals arguing at around 11:40 p.m.Macaranas, who was seen standing beside the victim while holding a knife, ran when he saw the policemen.
The police chased and arrested the suspect. Recovered from him was the knife he allegedly used in stabbing the victim. Pamandanan was rushed by the cops to the United Doctors Medical Center where he was declared dead at around 12:30 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 17.The incident is still under investigation.
