''We pray that both educational sectors get sustained and shall flourish in elevating the quality of teaching and learning and significantly improving Philippine Education,' CEAP, who leads the Coordinating Council of Private Educational Associations, said in a statement.Gabriela Party-list Rep. Arlene Brosas said that Duterte is 'required' to attend the upcoming budget deliberations to explain the issues concerning the worsening education system in the country.
