Robredo, who is the leader of the opposition, has sought clarification from Duterte regarding her mandate as co-chair of the Inter-agency Committee on Anti-Illegal Drugs . “Because he is the appointing officer, he should be the one to say what mandate he is giving me, what are the limits because I do not have any plan to encroach on other’s mandate,” she said in Filipino.
