The vehicles were given to barangay leaders Leilani Bacalso of Langub, Alimodin Usman of 23-C, Isidro Dujali of Bago Aplaya, and Eduardo Millondaga of 22-C in order to improve their emergency response to their constituents. The four barangay leaders, respectively, expressed their sincere gratitude to Rep. Duterte and the entire staff of the First Congressional District Office for the endless support they have given to their constituents.
