SAN FERNANDO CITY, La Union – The four provinces of Region 1 remained free from the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), according to the Department of Health (DOH).

Singson signed a letter expressing its full support to the efforts employed by the provincial government of Hubei, China in making sure that those affected with COVID-19 are given proper care and attention.

“We would like to convey our wishes for the swift recovery of those who are sick and our condolences to the families of the deceased,” said Singson.
