MANILA, Philippines — Quezon City is now at low-risk for COVID-19 transmission after the city’s positivity rate decreased to 17.3 percent, said Octa Research fellow Guido David on Wednesday.

According to David, Quezon City’s positivity rate for COVID-19 infections went down to 17.3 percent, as of June 6, from the previous week’s 22.2 percent.“Quezon City improved to low risk as of June 6, 2023 as daily cases decreased for the third straight week,” he explained through data posted on Twitter.
