PIQUED by pranksters who spread bomb threats in schools, Quezon City Mayor Maria Josefina 'Joy' Belmonte warned on Friday that they will be dealt with accordingly when caught.Belmonte told The Manila Times that the incidents at the New Era Elementary School, San Jacinto High School, San Francisco High School and Ponciano Bernardo High School this week could no longer be taken lightly.
Nicolas Torre 3rd, to make sure that the bomb threats last Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, would be thoroughly investigated.Torre has assured the mayor that individuals spreading such false information would be arrested.'Our own Anti-Cybercrime Group is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and we will track down anyone behind these bomb scares that could cause disruption and danger to our communities,' the QCPD chief said.
