The Philippine National Police has activated its Battle Staff to synchronize police response for the onslaught of typhoon ‘Tisoy’ in the Bicol region, Metro Manila, and other parts of the country.PNP spokesman Brig. Gen. Bernard Banac said the Battle Staff will exercise command and control and disaster response preparations in areas that will be affected by the weather disturbance.
“Our PNP Officer-in-Charge, Lt. Gen. Archie Gamboa, also activated all the regional reactionary standby forces and our regional search and rescue units,” Banac said.

Former PNP Chief Lacson calls Master Sgt. Jason Magno ‘the best among us’‘’He was the best among us,’’ Senator Panfilo M. Lacson said Saturday.
