The Philippine Food Processors and Exporters Organization Inc. renews its partnership with the UnionBank of the Philippines for the 16th Philippine Food Expo set on April 12 to 14 at the World Trade Center Metro Manila. Attending the event are Dino Velasco, UnionBank chief marketing officer Albert Cuadrante, Philfoodex directors Nandy Esguerra and Ram Amores and 16th Philippine Food Expo project director Aprille Robles.
The two groups said that with the partnership, local food processors, exporters and MSMEs can benefit from financial opportunities and access to a wide range of online banking services such as hassle-free digital onboarding, account management, money transfer and banking security. “What makes this collaboration promising is the shared mission between our organizations. The Philippine Food Expo, much like UB Negosyante, is committed to nurturing the expansion of SMEs, equipping them with the essential support and resources required to thrive in this competitive environment,” said UnionBank institutional segment marketing head Dino Velasco.
He said the innovations extended by both organizations to the exhibitors would help enhance the efficiency, sustainability and competitiveness within the agri-food sector by assisting them to adapt to the market trends both here and abroad.
