PH692, an 80-year-old Filipino male from San Juan City who had hypertension. He was confirmed positive on March 25, and died on March 30 at 4:30 am. PH621, 77-year-old Filipino male from Manila who had prostatic cancer and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. He was confirmed positive on March 24 and died on March 29.
