MANILA, Philippines — A low pressure area may form off Mindanao and trigger rainfall over the weekend, the state weather bureau said on Thursday.weather specialist Benison Estareja said a “circulation” that could become an LPA may enter the Philippine area of responsibility this weekend.

Meanwhile, fair weather with partly cloudy to cloudy skies and isolated rain showers are expected nationwide on Thursday, Pagasa said in its early morning weather update.“Habang meron po tayong namataang isang circulation dito sa labas ng Philippine area of responsibility na siyang posibleng maging low pressure area sa mga susunod na araw,” Estareja said.
