PAGASA: Amihan still bothering PH after Tisoy exit

bulletin, PAGASA said tropical depression Tisoy was last spotted at 730 kilometers west of Iba town, Zambales. It is expected to turn into a mere low-pressure area in the next 24 hours.

Amihan, along with a tail-end of a cold front, is bothering the eastern sections of northern and central Luzon with rainshowers. On Friday, moderate to heavy rains will be experienced in Cordillera, Cagayan Valley, Aurora and Quezon. Residents in low and mountainous areas are advised to watch out for flashfloods and landslides.

In Ilocos Region, cloudy skies with light rains will prevail over the area, while Central Luzon will experience cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to amihan.PAGASA issued a gale warning off the coasts of Batanes, Cagayan including Babuyan islands, Ilocos Region, La Union, Pangasinan, Isabela, Aurora, Quezon including Polillio Islands, Camarines Norte, northern Camarines Sur and Catanduanes, western coast of Palawan and Occidental Mindoro.
