Gov. Carlos Padilla has tested positive for the COVID-19 and was on quarantine in a private hospital. | VillVisayaJrINQ

Padilla announced his condition on Monday, April 5, adding that he has experienced only mild symptoms.“My swab test result came out only today, but I have been quarantined for three days already since I was swabbed,” he told the Inquirer.
