At least two persons died as severe tropical storm
An initial report by the NDRRMC identified one of the fatalities as Ricky Manglanlan, a resident of Barangay 16, Laoag City, Ilocos Norte.Meanwhile, the other fatality was a 17-year-old girl whose identity is yet to be confirmed.Laoag City and Vintar municipality were placed under a state of calamity early Saturday due to the extent of damage caused by severe TS Ineng in the said areas.
