Nagsimula nang magpatupad ng mga bagong patakaran ang mga mall sa Metro Manila, na inaasahang makatutulong para makahikayat ng mas maraming mamimili ngayong papalapit na ang Pasko.

Sa Trinoma sa Quezon City, pinagana na ang free WiFi, mas malamig na ang aircon, at pinapayagan na rin ang mga senior citizen hanggang 65 anyos.

Bago rin ang patakarang puwede nang magsukat ng mga damit sa Trinoma, kaya natuwa ang mga mamimili tulad ni JR Asperga.Sa SM North Edsa, puwede na ring magsukat ng damit, bagay na ikinatuwa ng senior citizen na si Susan Moreno. Sa Robinsons Magnolia naman, sinimulan na ang mga bagong patakaran habang "feel na feel" ang diwa ng Pasko dahil sa higanteng Christmas tree at masasayang Christmas carols.Iginiit din ng mga mall operator na handa na sila sa mall-wide sales ngayong inanunsiyo ng gobyerno na pinapayagan na ito.
