Metro Manila, where the epicenter of the current surge is, also reported positivity rate of over 50 percent, with the Inter-Agency Task Force on the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases ordering increased bed capacity in hospitals in the National Capital Region .STAYING SAFE – An online concelebrated mass is offered to observe the Feast of the Black Nazarene at the Minor Basilica of the Black Nazarene or Quiapo Church in Manila, on Sunday, Jan.
