In a disclosure, the Ayala-led water utility said net proceeds from the maiden offer would go to refinance debt and finance its programmed capital expenditure for this year and the next.

BPI Capital Corp.; Citigroup Global Markets Singapore Pte. Ltd.; Credit Suisse Ltd.; Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corp. Ltd., Singapore branch; Mizuho Securities Pte. Ltd.; and UBS AG Singapore branch will act as joint lead managers and bookrunners. “Any future offer or sale of the notes is subject to the registration requirement under the code, unless such offer or sale qualifies as an exempt transaction,” Manila Water said.
