The 66-bed COVID-19 quarantine facility is the 14th facility to be opened in the nation’s capital.

“Through experience, nag-i-innovate na nag-i-inovate yung facility at nagiging safe na safe sa medical frontliners and to the patients at mas nagiging komportable,” he added.

Likewise, Moreno emphasized the importance of free mass testing and construction of quarantine facilities, saying that these measures would be the “most effective way to detect and win the war against the pandemic.” “So mabibigay ng libre, wala kang tosgas, tapos may ample healthcare, tapos may pang chi-cha pamilya mo, I think wala na tayong dapat masyadong ipangamba,” Moreno said.

The Mayor also encouraged the public to avail free COVID-19 mass testing offered by the city government through walk-in centers and drive-thru sites. “Ang kailangan nalang talagang mag-iingat and be honest to ourselves. By being honest we’re already showing love and compassion to our family and to the community,” he added.
