District hospitals in the City of Manila have reached an occupancy rate of 90 percent for COVID-19 patients.

In a live broadcast on Facebook on Tuesday , Manila Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso said 300 of the 333 COVID-19 beds in the city’s six district hospitals are now occupied.

Other district hospitals, including Ospital ng Maynila Medical Center and Ospital ng Tondo, have suspended face-to-face consultations with patients amid the rising number of COVID-19 cases in the capital city.
