Police identified the fatality as James Carl Suico, 28, merchandiser, resident of the area; and the injured as a 16-year-old out-of-school youth.
Investigation showed that the two victims were having a drinking spree with five others at the frat house before the incident. At about 1:15 a.m., the 16-year-old answered the door to a knock and was shot in the face by the unidentified gunman.The gunman, who was wearing a hoodie, shorts, a cap, and a mask, fled, as the minor was rushed to Justice Jose Abad Santos General Hospital and was later transferred to Ospital ng Maynila.A follow-up operation is ongoing for the identification and arrest of the suspect.
