Abot-leeg na baha ang nararanasan ng ilang mga lugar sa Luzon ngayong Lunes dahil sa ulan na dulot ng bagyong Egay at Falcon, at ng Habagat.

In Pangasinan, floods were still reported in 10 barangays in Calasiao as the Marusay River rose to a critical level. Neck-deep floods were reported in some areas. Rescue operations also have been launched, according to information gathered by GMA Regional TV One North Central Luzon and reported on Unang Balita.In Olongapo City, gutter-deep flood was monitored in front of a public market and knee-deep flood in Barangay Sta. Rita.

Some roads in Barangay San Miguel in San Antonio, Zambales were submerged in floods and affected residents in the area were evacuated from their homes.The province of Bataan was placed under a state of calamity as its five towns were flooded including Hermosa with 10 barangays that are still affected. Residents had to use boats to move around the streets.In Baggao, Cagayan, at least two families were evacuated due to a landslide in Barangay Bitag Grande.

Interviewed on Unang Balita, Bulacan Governor Daniel Fernando said the local government will declare a state of calamity in the province due to the effects of the inclement weather.Fernando said the release of water from Bustos Dam was one of the factors that contributed to the flooding in the province. Water was released from the usual 300 cubic meters per second to to 737 cubic meters per second.
