LAND Transportation and Franchising Regulatory Board chairperson Cheloy Garafil has resigned from post, as she accepted an offer to serve as undersecretary and officer-in-charge of the Office of the Press Secretary.“I tendered my resignation as LTFRB chairperson as I have accepted the offer to help in the Office of the Press Secretary as its undersecretary and OIC,” she said in a statement.
