The Low Pressure Area east of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur has developed into a Tropical Depression and has been named "Aghon," according to PAGASA .At 3:00 a.m., the center of Tropical Depression Aghon was estimated at 350 km east of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur with maximum sustained winds of 45 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 55 km/h. It is moving West Northwestward at 30 km/h.The easterlies, meanwhile, will continue to affect the country.
Bicol Region, Northern Mindanao, Davao Region, and the rest of Visayas and Caraga will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms also due to Aghon with possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains.Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
