Cebu Pacific receives its fifth aircraft delivery for 2024, staying true to its commitment to strengthening its operational resiliency and champion sustainability in the aviation industry. The aircraft, a fuel-efficient A320neo, arrived at Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Manila on May 21, 2024.Cebu Pacific said Thursday it received its fifth new aircraft this year as part of its fleet expansion program.
“Adding another NEO aircraft to our growing fleet supports our goal of reducing our carbon footprint,” said CEB chief strategy officer Alex Reyes. CEB operates one of the youngest fleets in the world, with its diversified commercial fleet mix of 8 Airbus 330s, 39 Airbus 320s, 21 Airbus 321s and 14 ATR turboprop aircraft, enabling the widest network coverage in the Philippines.
It booked a net income of P2.24 billion in the first quarter of 2024. up by nearly 108 percent from P939 million in the same period last year.
