A police report said the victim Ma Zhi Rui, 36, was seen being forcibly dragged by the five suspects into a white car at the corner of Kalayaan Ave. and Burgos St. in Barangay Poblacion, Makati around 2 a.m. “Chen reportedly gave them P100, 000 bribe. But they did not accept it. The 100, 000 of the suspect will be used as evidence against them,” the Investigation Unit chief said.
