This is the first president in the history of the Philippines to give up a job that he cannot handle. In fairness to the 16 million bobotantes and for the best interests of all patriotic Filipinos, he should resign and let the duly elected Vice President takeover the presidency.
Sa pag give up sa emergency powers, ok ako dun. Talagang dapat ang macontrol volume of cars, quality of cars plying the road, and discipline of motorists. Mali din na private ang buses kasi nag kokompetensya sa pasahero which add to the traffic.
