Before the Kapuso actress got to flaunt her bikini photos in her recent Bohol trip with boyfriend Jak Roberto, Barbie kept a regular diet that fit her lifestyle to maintain her toned body.
On the latest episode of “Surprise Guest with Pia Arcangel,” the actress shared more of her fitness tips. According to Barbie, she used to give in to fad diet routines, such as intermittent fasting, every time she noticed she was gaining weight, but she couldn’t sustain it. “Hindi ko siya ma-maintain, kasi ang hirap. So, sabi ko maghahanap na lang ako ng diet na pasok sa routine ko every day para hindi ako nape-pressure,” the actress told Pia in the podcast.
