Pooc, Talisay City.Ang biktima nga si John Mar Abatayo Tejoc, 23, ulitawo, taga-Purok Matinabangon, Barangay Tabunok, Talisay City ug mga kauban, nangaligo sa beach resort sa Barangay Pooc.

Namatikdan sa mga batan-on si Cayanong nga nagbalikbalik sa baybayon ug sa dihang gipangutana, nitubag siya nga siya maoy tigbantay sa cottage.Apan nagduda sila sa tinubagan ni Cayanong kay matod pa wa magkadimao sa ilang pagsukitsukit.“Klaro man kaayong namakak, dili katarong sa pagtubag sa pangutana. Unya mi-offer siya: ‘Tultolan ta mo asa gilubong mga butang kinawat, ayaw ko’g dalha sa barangay’,” saysay ni Tejoc.
