Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms will prevail over the rest of the country due to Habagat.The wind speed forecast for western section of Luzon will be moderate to strong moving in the southwest to south direction while coastal water conditions will be moderate to rough, ranging from 1.2 to 2.8 meters.
The rest of the country will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the southwest to southeast direction with slight to moderate coastal waters, ranging from 0.6 to 2.5 meters.
